Owned directories is different than being on the list. Dan provides a way to 'claim' your directory which gives you additional features. If your directory has been accepted to the list, it should appear in the appropriate category regardless of whether or not you have claimed it yet.

Correct. The "owned directories" number is assigned after a directories is claimed.

If your directory is listed then you can claim ownership

To find your directory in the list, either:
- navigate through the directory types (general paid, general free, niche) or;
- using the search box input your directory's name and check the results.

If you cannot find it, then it is probably not listed.

NB: You must be a logged-in member to use the search box on the site. For non-members the search box is intentionally broken to prevent spam/abuse of the system.
