I am looking for a complete spam merchandise list for searching my article directory MySql database and perhaps creating a spam filter.

I've found the email spam filter lists not to be very useful for articles, they target sales words and my problem is more item related.

Don't know if Dan wants such a list posted here, maybe a web link with same.

I've also noticed the spammers have learned to leave the spam item out of the title and snippet making their spam harder to find and remove.

Here is my working list of article directory spam items. Some of the bath water may contain a baby like, "How to spot a fake rolex." Some may be spelled wrong and spammers sometimes spell them wrong on purpose. Please add to the list. Thanks BobP

Would you like me to include the one's I've been getting through IVS and the blog?

It's actually dropped off the IVS site quite rapidly which is good but the blog has a tonne still.

Also, we have a thread going about blocking spam on directories and blogs.

You said you haven't had much luck with any of the spam-fighting tools, I wonder if the list we are building has any useful ones in it for articles, and if you could share your experience with any of them...

Appreciate any term that can be searched for in a mysql database to locate the spam and delete it. As I said above, article directory spam is different from email spam where you can target sales phrases like, limited time offer, that aren't used in articles. Oh, and don't forget to optimize the database after a successful spam hunt.
