Ok,
Courtesy of BobP and a boatload of questions, I've started the Directory FAQ.
I've put in place some link anchors, and the first 12 questions can be accessed from links at the top of the page which will take you directly to each answer within the thread.
Thanks Snowy for the bbcode edits, they worked a treat :)
I'll answer some more questions tomorrow, I don't know how many are going to fit in one thread but we'll give it a bash!

Yeah they worked a treat. It's interesting, I was talking to a friend that works in the banking sectory today, and I mentioned the FAQ to him, and the first thing he said to me was "did you put all the questions at the top with links to the answers elsewhere"... So thanks for that input.
I wonder now just how many questions one thread will handle, before it forces me into a second post or another thread.

Only one way to find out ;)
I'll have to reword some of the questions... A must, vs a should... There are very little things that *must* be done, but they *should* be done in order to get the best out of a resource.
I'm also with you on the lifetime listings guarantees. There are no such guarantees in life, and all investments are a risk. Companies (my telecommunications company and broadband for example) offer things like "unlimited" bandwidth and downloads - but it's almost never the case. I'm sure if I started smashing the bandwith, they'd turn around and say tsk tsk Dan you've gone over our unlimited limit. lol, now THAT is a guarantee :P

Very helpful FAQ. Answered questions I did not even know I had.....:) Really!
There's a lot more... because invariably answering one question, creates two more.
I've re-opened the actual Directory FAQ thread so that people can ask questions in that thread if they wish. I've reserved the first 2 posts under it just in case the original post runs out of space (there is a finite amount of characters that each post can have and that post is already approaching that limit at speed).
Ask away, keep me busy! :)
