Forums Added

I've added 4 forums.

Directories I split into 2 forums:

1. Directory Promotions and List Suggestions - for people to promote their directories and for us all to suggest directories to add to the lists.

2. Directory Discussions & Questions - for all the talk that we have about directories. How to make them SEO friendly, feedback, fighting spam, etc.

I've also added 2 Article Forums:

1. Article Directories - for all those places where we can submit our articles

2. Article Directory Scripts - Discussion/promotion of the scripts that control the article directories.

Thanks to NikkiBlue and Rainchild, it was their suggestions that brought about these changes.
