In recent times this directory has suffered regular outages. In place of the directory a diagnostic error message is often displayed with an unknown exception condition.
I have kept the directory on the list for now, as the problem is always resolved a few days after the fact and it saves time having to move it into quarantine and then back out again.
So if you experience this error either contact the Illumirate team directly, or wait a few days and return to the directory again.
