Aviva is a fantastic example of how success is achieved by doing all the right things. That is, a fantastic - original and memorable design, well reviewed listings and a well thought out category structure. It is a directory that has been around for years, but more importantly, will more than likely be around for many more to come.

In my opinion the site could use a bit of a face lift but it isn't likely to happen as the look is so tied to the brand.
But when it comes to the most important directory elements Aviva ranks very high on my list for its unique and relevant categorization of websites, informative articles and general quality content.
