Alive Directory had been though a lot during the time it has been online. It has a very nice clean design that is free from advertising now. The editing is good for the most part but there is evidence that some questionable text gets through.

Alive Directory is truly one of the few that remain standing as Google takes its toll on the world of directories. This directory isn't populated with advertisements, which are annoying for most users. Their search index is clean compared to most directories, which is refreshing.
I did notice that their PageRank bars for most listings, don't seem to be working or updated. Overall, I give it the thumbs up!- User: slincoln

A paid directory with a clean and memorable design. No advertisements makes for a refreshing change when compared to most directories. While the majority of listings are well written & free of junk there does however remain some room for improvement.
