Regardless of how long ago a site was submitted nothing happens. Attempts to resubmit always return the message, "Your last submission is not reviewed yet. Please wait for the review." Considering how long the 99kat has been online and how few listings there are in some areas while others appear to be misc category dumps. this author assumes the directory is on auto-pilot. The lack of contact information makes it difficult to find out more.

Categories are kept tight to topic. Only problem is that there are too few categories. Living > Home and Garden contains 52 pages of listings with everything from matchmakers in the Ukraine to pets and window shades.
Terms of service link opens a new window that presents the homepage.
All of this is such a shame. The top level categories are slightly different than the norm, in a good way. The listings are presented in a unique and interesting format and while the full range of Adsense is in use, it's only overdone on the details pages. With a bit of fine tuning, this directory could easily become a powerhouse.- User: YMC
